Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all card submissions processed through TCC Grading.
- By submitting cards, customer agrees to TCC Grading terms and PSA's terms.
- TCC submits cards to PSA on customer's behalf and does not guarantee any grade outcome.
- Customer is responsible for accuracy of submission details and declared values.
- Grading is subjective and turnaround windows are estimates, not guarantees.
- Payment is due within 90 days of invoice issuance or account may be treated as abandoned.
- PSA upcharges may be passed through when PSA reclassifies service level after grading.
- Compensation for loss/damage is capped at lower of declared value or fair market value.
- Crossover/slab crack requests include explicit acceptance of handling damage risk.
- Customer certifies ownership of submitted cards and authorization of payment method.
Partner drop-off and pickup location clauses are prepared but not yet activated pending final store policy.
