What is MIV (Maximum Insured Value)?
MIV is the maximum declared value allowed for a given service tier.
Can I submit multiple service levels in one request?
No. One service level per submission is required. Create separate submissions for different tiers.
Do you clean or evaluate cards before PSA submission?
Yes. Grade Prep service handles visual review and wipe-down, and can hold cards below minimum desired grade.
How long does grading take?
Turnaround depends on tier and PSA processing. Tracker updates as soon as updates are available.
Are PSA turnaround times guaranteed?
No. PSA times are estimates and may fluctuate.
Are there hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Invoice lines explicitly show base grading, add-ons, return shipping, and processing fees.
Who pays return shipping?
Return shipping policy is not yet finalized and is marked clearly during launch period.
How will I know when cards are complete?
Email notifications are sent at each status change, and full status is visible in your account tracker.
Can I pick up cards in person?
In-person pickup availability is not yet confirmed.
What cards do you accept?
Sports cards, Pokemon/TCG, and non-sports cards.

- By submitting cards, customers accept TCC Grading and PSA terms.
- Grading outcomes are subjective and not guaranteed.
- Customers are responsible for form accuracy.
- Payment due within 90 days of invoice issuance.
- PSA upcharges may be passed through when applicable.
- Slab crack/crossover requests include explicit customer risk acceptance.
